歐盟電子檢疫認證新制上路坦尚尼亞等非洲國家輸銷歐盟市場的水產品面臨歐盟嚴格的品管新制。歐盟進口魚片多數來自非洲，歐盟規定漁貨進入歐盟市場前，原產地必須完成相關的查驗工作；而出口商亦須通過線上電子檢疫認證才能將商品空運至歐洲烤肉食材。新上路的貿易管控專業系統(TRACES)係透過網路以線上檢疫的認證方式管控全球進、出口歐盟的活體動物及動物產品(含水產品)。TRACES改良歐盟之前引進卻沒有成功的Animo及Shift網路認證制。TRACES流程係先在線上通報邊境檢驗站(BIP)有哪些動酒店經紀物或動物產品輸銷歐盟，在共同檢疫報關文件(CVED)上傳成功後會取得一組供海關驗証的密碼，以茲證明已通報BIP並同意放行、提供相關交易資訊等。（摘譯自INFOFISH Trade News, No. 17/2011 ，15 September 2011） STRINGENT FISH QUALITY 賣房子CONTROL TOOL FOR TANZANIAN EXPORTERSTanzanian fish exporters and from elsewhere in Africa selling in the European Union (EU) market are being subjected to more stringent measures after a new quality assurance system was 小型辦公室adopted. The checking is conducted before supplying products to the EU market, covering most fish fillets from Africa, to ensure that food products, especially those of animal origin, are verified with web certification 室內設計before exporters are allowed to put their merchandise on airfreight to Europe. The new instrument known as the Trade Control and Expert System (TRACES) is a web-based veterinarian certification tool controlling the import 買屋and export of live animals and animal products such as fishery products from around the globe to the European Union.TRACES is borne out of the failure of Animo and Shift networks that were previously introduced by the EU 訂做禮服for the same purpose.TRACES works by notifying the Border Inspection Post (BIP) on any animals or animal products to be moved from outside the EU, by completing documentation on the TRACES system. One completes part I of 西裝外套the Common Veterinary Entry Document (CVED) on TRACES. Upon completing and submitting this document online, one will be issued a unique CVED reference number.
